We carry full lines of quality exposure units for both big and small screen printing projects. Our effective silk screening exposure units allow crisp, high quality and professional looking exposures in a lightweight and budget friendly package. High Intensity U.V. spectrum light source with 60 watts per lamps provides significant faster exposure time that of black lights. Quicker exposure time (normally under 60 seconds depending on direct emulsion or capillary film). These economical exposing units are equipped with a full vacuum frame and banks of focused fluorescent tubes to create an evenly distributed light profile. Featuring a analog timer with automatic shutoff which is easy and yields professional results regardless of your level of experience. With its flexible rubber blanket (which returns to its original shape once exposure is completed) and photo-clear glass.
